eSand and stonef A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey, they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other across the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, he wrote on the sand: Today my best friend slapped me across the face. They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and was drowning, but his friend saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on stone: Today my best friend saved my life. The friend, who had slapped and saved his best friend, asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote on the sand, and now, you are write on a stone, why?" The other friend replied: "when someone hurts us, we should write it down on sand, where the winds of forgiveness can erase it away, but when someone does something good to us, we must engrave it on stone where no wind can erase it. |

Somebody … Right now... Somebody is thinking of you. Somebody is caring about you. Somebody wants to be with you. Somebody hopes you aren't in trouble. Somebody wants to hold your hand. Somebody is praying for you. Somebody everything turns out all right. Somebody wants you to be happy. Somebody wants to give you a gift. Somebody hopes you're not too cold, and not too hot. Somebody is thinking of you and smiling. Somebody wants to go out with you and have a lot of fun. Somebody wants you to believe in yourself and know they believe in you. Somebody wants you to know you are always in his/her heart. Somebody wants you to know that you are a part of her/him… no matter how far or near you may be… Somebody is playing a song that you love. Somebody is helping you without you knowing. Somebody is your friend. Somebody misses you more than you know. |
